I am not sure it was much of an improvement.It is windage adjustable, but not elevation.It is dual aperture, but they are both plastic and I wonder how difficult it is to break them.Finally, I was under the impression that it locked in the upright position. It does not. It has a divot to stop there, but by no means does it lock.I will look for a replacement and use this for my .22.
